Les femmes rurales représentent une force économique pleine de ressources et contribuent aux revenus familiaux et à la croissance de la communauté de multiples façons. 

                                                                                            

Les femmes du District du Denguélé ont bien compris cela en s'érigeant en fédération. 

Le mercredi 29 décembre 2021, la ministre de la famille, de la femme et de l’enfant, Nasseneba Touré était aux côtés de ces braves femmes pour  apporter son soutien à l'investiture de la fédération des associations féminines d'Odienné.

 Ainsi pour accompagner cette fédération dans sa politique de développement et d'autonomisation des femmes, accompagnée du ministre gouverneur Gaoussou Touré ont remis des chèques d'un montant de 76 millions de francs Cfa.

A cela, s'ajoute un don de 120 bouteilles de gaz  aux ménages défavorisés, des engins pour la police municipale dans le cadre de sa mission régalienne.

Pour une efficacité dans l'exécution des tâches, ils ont offert une dizaines d’ordinateurs  pour le compte des services publics de la commune à savoir la police, la gendarmerie,  les eaux et forêts et les IEP. D'autres secteurs d'activités ont également bénéficié d'appuis en matériels.
